An organization is comprised of a system of human systems, the quality of which is determined by such factors as process, service and product integrity, productivity, timeliness, organizational commitment, culture and climate. The mental, emotional and physical wellness of the business owners, leaders and employees impacts their relationships with internal and external customers and applies to ALL organizational sectors, including, industry, academia, government, non-profits, families and more.
